You have the right to submit a written complaint when you feel discontent with the products, conditions or services of Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, ADB Estonian Branch. You may write the claim via email info@compensa.ee or by regular mail to Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, ADB Estonian Branch, to the address Narva mnt 63/2, 10152 Tallinn.

All submitted claims will be considered and after the treatment of claims you will receive a written answer to the address you have previously noted as your contact.

On occurrence of disputes you have the right to turn to the Association of Estonian Insurance Companies via email lepitus@eksl.ee and in matters of MTPL to the conciliation body of Estonian Traffic Insurance Fund via email lepitus@lkf.ee.
